We ship worldwide! No matter where you and your furry friend are located, we'll do our best to get your Christmas hoodie to you.


Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout.


Processing Time
Once you place your order, we need 1-5 business days to process and prepare your package for shipment.

ย Processing time may vary depending on order volume, especially during the busy holiday season.


Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order must be processed before it ships.


Shipping Time
After processing, shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks (7-21 business days) for delivery.
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong using reliable international carriers. Shipping times can vary based on:

Your delivery location
Customs clearance procedures
Local postal service efficiency
Seasonal volume and weather conditions

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your door.
Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.


Holiday Delivery
While we work hard to get orders delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas due to variable international shipping times and customs processing.
Important: If you need your pup's hoodie for the holidays, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to allow adequate time for processing, shipping, and any potential delays.


Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our free shipping offer.
Xmas Pups is not responsible for any customs delays, charges, or fees imposed by your country.


Shipping Delays
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or building management
Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely)

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.


Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Xmas Pups is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at puppychristmas@outlook.com โ€“ if your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update it.


Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at puppychristmas@outlook.com.


Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. You would need to follow our returns process once you receive the item.
