What sizes do you offer?

How do I know what size to order?
Measure your dog's chest (widest part), length (base of neck to base of tail), and neck circumference. Compare these measurements to our size chart. When in doubt, size up for comfort – nobody likes a tight hoodie!
Why does the price vary?
Our pricing is based on the size you select. Bigger pups need more fabric, so larger sizes cost a bit more. You'll see the exact price when you select your dog's size.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks from the date of order.
We know that's a range, but international shipping times can vary based on customs processing and carrier schedules.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
We aim to get your pup's hoodie to you well before the holidays, but delivery times depend on when you place your order.
The earlier you order, the better! We cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas due to variable shipping times, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible if you need it for the holidays.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your pup's new hoodie on its journey to you.
What if my order is delayed?
International shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

How do I wash the hoodie?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. This will help maintain the vibrant colors and keep the hoodie looking festive for many holidays to come!
Is the hoodie comfortable for my dog?
Absolutely! The hoodie is designed with your pup's comfort in mind. However, every dog is different – some love wearing clothes, others need a little time to adjust. Introduce the hoodie gradually and always supervise your dog while they're wearing it.
Can my dog sleep in the hoodie?
While the hoodie is comfortable, we recommend removing it during sleep for safety reasons. Never leave your dog unattended in clothing for extended periods.
